
China's National Immigration Administration has added French to its 12367 service hotline starting Dec 11, joining its existing language options of English, Russian, Japanese, and Korean.
Callers to the 24/7 hotline can select their preferred language through the voice navigation system.
The hotline serves as an integrated service center handling immigration administration-related inquiries and suggestions.
Launched in April 2021, the service platform has handled more than 20 million inquiries from users across 165 countries and regions.
The platform maintains a 99.9 percent first-call resolution rate and a 98.8 percent satisfaction rate.
